Energy neutrality is a hot topic these days. We are all involved in it in some way from some perspective. We are changing our behaviours and thinking patterns. We are dealing with policy, regulations and visions, building new homes and refurbishing old dwellings, generating renewable energy and applying energy efficiency measures and we are developing and implementing energy roadmaps for future communities.

In cooperation with the Municipality of Delft (SESAC), the Municipality of Apeldoorn and KEMA (project partners in SORCER) invite you to join the I ♥ Energy Neutral conference. Among others, we are greatly anticipating participants from European communities, CONCERTO partners of EU projects and their observer communities. We would also like to invite interested international parties such as real estate developers, climate alliance partners, NGOs, utilities, housing associations, energy agencies, research institutes as well as local residents to contribute to the discussion. Join us to share best practices, vision and knowledge, and to experience a great networking opportunity!

Sustainability Policy
We aim to organize an event that is as energy neutral and sustainable as possible to reduce the carbon footprint and the overall environmental impact of this event. We invite you to participate in this effort! You can travel in a sustainable way to the conference location. Consider energy saving measures and use the digital invitation to communicate this event and more. During the conference, we will utilize recycled paper, serve fair-trade and organic food & refreshments, practice energy efficiency, save and separate waste, and use green electricity to contribute to this effort.
